The layout felt overly complicated and signage was unclear!!! the room discrepancies in size compared to the high pricing were concerning. More attention to cleanliness would greatly enhance the experience!!!

I would have preferred a larger selection of light snacks available in the bar during late hours.

I had a lovely stay in a Grand King Room where the spacious design and super comfy bed really stood out. The hotel offers great relaxation options like a cozy lounge and a nice outdoor patio to unwind. The only downside was a slight wait for breakfast items, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

Recommended for a family getaway

Spent two enjoyable nights in a family room,, and the staff really made a difference, especially a really helpful bartender,, who crafted a delightful mocktail for me since I’m breastfeeding. The spacious room was great, but the food really stood out too,, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

It was on the pricier side,,, but worth it for the experience.
